It is more than clear that it is his fault. He did not gave the way for biker as he must do while turning left. He should be charged with manslaughter. No mercy for this kind of stupidity. |

My father died in an accident and was not the perpetrator but ... in the PL are other superior rights above the law: the head of the shipping company were you who was in the Malopolska regional council or authority and had the capabilities and knowledge of the prosecution.
